won't want to miss! We've partnered with Toshiba, in Houston, TX, to hire an experienced Validation Technician. This temp-to-hire position is your chance to get your foot in the door of a global company invested in your success!

Requirements



  • 4 years of similar internal/external work experience
  • TIC validation
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel and the Toshiba Operating System
  • Knowledge of validating two or more products (i.e. ASD, UPS, Software, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital and analog oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, voltage generators, digital data loggers, TIC PLCs, and TIC-issued hand tools and TIC-made power equipment
  • Steel-toe shoes



Validation Technician Job Responsibilities



  • Layout/design new test stations and equipment for the manufacturing and validation test/QC departments.
  • Research and create proper paperwork to purchase equipment/parts.
  • Perform new part validation testing and trend testing on new parts being developed.
  • Create manufacturing inspection/test forms and test procedures for those products.
  • Supervise other employees who perform the manufacturing testing.
  • Provide technical assistance by line testing, repairing line outs, creating failure analysis, and maintaining/repairing test equipment.
  • Remain responsible for all TIC-issued hand tools.



1st Shift | Temp-to-hire | $29.93 per hour
