Growing exterior restoration and remodeling company is looking for an Outside Sales Representative. They are a purpose-driven and values-based organization awarded by the BBB for Ethics and several awards for their Excellent Service, Products and Community engagement.

The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for developing new business within the Denver area. You would be responsible for generating new business through door-knocking, inspections and they also provide leads from various sources. You would be partnering with lead generators, field inspectors, project managers and customer service.

They offer competitive salary $70k base plus uncapped commission structure. Potential annual earnings around $120,000. They also offer excellent benefits to include 401k with company match, 2 weeks paid time off, 8 holidays and medical benefits. They also provide a $500/month car allowance. You will be learning from the top trainers in the industry. You would attend weekly sales meetings in the office with the Manager, Trainers and team members twice per week in the mornings before going out to the field.

Requirements:



  • Personable demeanor who loves talking to and meeting prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal and asking for referrals
  • You will have to work hours in the evening(not past sun down) and on Saturdays as Saturdays are prime time where their Sales Reps close a lot of business. 40-45 hours per week anticipated
  • You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is capable of carrying a ladder, and other tools.
  • You must have the ability to set up and climb a ladder and spend large amounts of time each day on your feet outside during various weather conditions.
