Hours & Pay: Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Temporary (potential for long-term growth) What You'll Be Doing: This onsite, clerical support role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of front office or customer service experience who enjoys variety and organization. In this role, you'll: Organize and scan large batches of documentation Verify scan accuracy in the company's global database system Troubleshoot basic scanning or system issues Provide courteous and accurate responses to customer inquiries Assist with entering and updating order information Experience with BPCS/AS400 systems and bilingual fluency in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.
