Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's manufacturing team in Corona, CA. Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary (potential for long-term growth)

What You'll Be Doing:

This onsite, clerical support role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of front office or customer service experience who enjoys variety and organization. In this role, you'll:



  • Organize and scan large batches of documentation
  • Verify scan accuracy in the company's global database system
  • Troubleshoot basic scanning or system issues
  • Provide courteous and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assist with entering and updating order information


Experience with BPCS/AS400 systems and bilingual fluency in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required.

What You Bring:



  • At least 1 year of customer service or front office administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a stable, team-focused environment
