Hours & Pay:

Shift: Full-time, 1st shift | Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

Position Summary:

We're seeking a Quality Inspector with at least 5 years of verifiable experience in aerospace manufacturing to ensure production standards are met from start to finish. This role supports a high-speed job shop environment, performing inspections on incoming goods, in-process components, and final products, all under the AS9100 quality system.

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Interpreting blueprints with expert-level GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) skills
  • Conducting inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, and-bonus points-CMM or CAD software
  • Documenting findings on routers and AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports
  • Applying shop math and maintaining clear, legible documentation
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to record and communicate data
  • Collaborating with the QA Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
  • Excellent typing (25+ WPM), organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and verbal
