We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data-Driven Account Manager to join our team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between data analytics and account management, offering a unique opportunity to support a team of strategic advisors focused on growing client relationships while providing actionable insights that drive success. You will be the trusted advisor for our accounts, using data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver strategic recommendations.

Role qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, data analytics, or a related role. Healthcare background required to be considered for this role.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data platforms.

  • Prior experience delivering client-facing data insights or business intelligence.

What you will be doing:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Strategic Account Services, ensuring their goals and expectations are exceeded by using data to drive meaningful conversations within healthcare

  • Develop and maintain strong, relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple pillars

  • Health Plan and Provider Communicate performance updates, strategy, and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Analyze client performance metrics and translate findings into business insights.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, identify trends, and measure ROI.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.

  • Strategic Planning & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or optimization based on data insights.

  • Support clients with forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, or user experience.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with data science, product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Video Camera Usage:
