Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Box Office Supervisor to join our partnership with a local university located in Dayton, OH. We're seeking a proactive individual who radiates positivity, embraces continuous learning, and takes ownership of tasks. Schedule: Monday 9:15am - 12:15pm and Tuesday - Friday 9:15am - 4:15pm

Pay: $19.50/hr.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for opening and closing the ticket office, managing accurate ticketing reports, and handling various payment methods. Oversees box office operations during events, including WSU basketball games, and ensures effective communication with staff, promoters, and event personnel. Maintains proper interdepartmental organization, submits timely cash outs and daily reports, and manages the ordering and depositing of box office funds. Qualified candidates will have two years of experience in customer service, cash handling, great attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
