Staffmark is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator in Blytheville, AR for a reputable manufacturing company. Salary | $65K + Based on experience

Schedule | 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday (Must be flexible)

Essential Tasks:

The EHS Coordinator drives cultural change and continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance. This role provides strategic leadership in compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters while developing and managing programs related to safety, environmental standards, and security. Responsibilities include leading audits, incident investigations, and emergency drills, while collaborating across departments and regulatory agencies. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple EHS initiatives and ensure proactive risk management.

Qualifications:



  • 5 years of minimum experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Heavy industry experience a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Candidates must have change management, quality process awareness, verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, time management and commitment to company values.
  • Ability to work in all possible environmental conditions.
