We are seeking a seasoned Director, Finance Systems to lead the architecture and delivery of financial systems, reporting solutions, and business intelligence for our FP&A and Revenue Accounting functions. This role will drive the design and implementation of scalable, data-driven systems that provide actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of finance domain knowledge, data engineering expertise, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead business intelligence initiatives across finance, including FP&A, Revenue Accounting, Compliance, and Billing

  • Develop unified and governed data models by integrating data from disparate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Hadoop, and Snowflake

  • Design and implement analytical data layers to enable consistent reporting and dashboarding across financial functions

  • Oversee the development and automation of financial metrics and KPIs including MRR/ARR, churn, seat count, upsell/downsell, and commissions

  • Write complex SQL queries and build data pipelines that feed enterprise planning tools like Anaplan and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI

  • Drive the technical roadmap and implementation of NetSuite 2.0 reporting capabilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, data architects, developers, and data stewards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure BI systems support strategic initiatives and decision-making

  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of financial data platforms including Snowflake and related cloud infrastructure

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, and financial systems, including leadership roles in technology and consulting

  • Proven track record in designing and managing reporting ecosystems for finance organizations in fast-paced, global environments

  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL and analytical engineering tools such as Alteryx and dbt

  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms including Tableau, Power BI, and enterprise systems like NetSuite, Anaplan, and Salesforce

  • Deep understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hive, Impala)

  • Experience in digital transformation, including building scalable architectures and cloud-based reporting environments

  • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Bachelor or master's degree in finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $143,500 and $205,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
