THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Shift Manager at The Cosmopolitan to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift

• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

• Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management

• Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experiencein EVS or Housekeeping.

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant supervisory experience.

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

• Experience in a similar resort setting.

• Bilingual, with English as the primary language.

• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; has a sense of urgency and maintains a professional persona.
