Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HR-People & Culture Team to support the Americas region. This position is critical in providing great HR supportand creating a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is self-driven with strong organizational skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Candidates with a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

This is a fully remote role; preference to candidates in the DFW area.

Responsibilities:

This is an individual contributor role where a high degree of self-direction is required. This role will deal with confidential information and/or issues requiring discretion. Provide first-line support to managers and employees in the Americas region; respond to internal and external customers promptly.

  • Inputs employee personal data into HRIS

  • Answer questions about company personnel policies andprocedures to employees or job applicants

  • Compile sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and preparing reports related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, COBRA, OSHA, EEOC/AAP using HRIS.

  • May conduct employee exit interviews and provide general statistics including headcount tracking.

  • Organize and maintain e-files and records.

  • Assist the TA team to ensure timely and proper completion of onboarding documentation for new hires.

  • Make and implement recommendations for HR process improvements

  • Special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience preferred

  • 2-3 years minimum Human Resources specialist level experience required.

  • Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP and pivot tables required; Macro experience desired.

  • Word proficiency including mail merges

  • Previous experience with HRIS; experience with Workday preferred

  • Strong knowledge of employment law in US and Canada preferred.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,accuracy is essential, outstanding follow-through and attention to detail

  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously to meet required deadlines and accountabilities.
