Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon's retrofit projects, striving to enhance sales and profitability
- Solution Delivery:Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Dematic's solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Strategic Planning:Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives
- Issue Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Reporting:Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience:Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automation or logistics industry
- Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering
- Knowledge:Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus.
- Location:Based in Bellevue, WA, with the ability to travel as needed.
