Have you led Compliance and/or Digital transformation initiatives in Financial Services? Are you a compelling communicator and passionate about the role of humans + AI agents working together via the Salesforce platform to achieve extraordinary business outcomes? If so, we are looking for a leader to join our Industry Business Consulting organization to grow our Financial Services business. This senior-level role requires someone who can engage with C-level and EVP-level client business and technology executives to share a thoughtful point of view about the potential impact of Agentic AI for Financial Services organizations, and to share their practical experience having driven change with the benefit of Data & AI platforms. We are also looking for someone with specific experience in regulatory compliance in support of this solution domain and related Salesforce platform capabilities. The Team What we are looking for

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $228,970 to $335,720. For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $208,180 to $305,130. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $228,970 to $335,720. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $208,180 to $305,130. For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $208,180 to $305,130. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
