- Completes activities related to installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining systems, hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
- Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.
- Respond to and resolve help desk escalations based on training.
- Complete related work orders or request-based tasks based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Respond to and resolve identified technical incidents based on training.
- Analyze and isolate the issues.
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of diagnostic tools.
- Complete systems maintenance activities following SOP, such as patching, health checks, operating system updates, validating changes, and maintaining operational and configuration standards.
- Report anomalies to senior staff for resolution.
- Complete individual projects as assigned and evening responsibilities as scheduled.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls by the Company's Risk Appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
- Maintain client's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
