Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Wilmington, DE. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Completes activities related to installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining systems, hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
• Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.
• Respond to and resolve help desk escalations based on training.
• Complete related work orders or request-based tasks based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Respond to and resolve identified technical incidents based on training.
• Analyze and isolate the issues.
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of diagnostic tools.
• Complete systems maintenance activities following SOP, such as patching, health checks, operating system updates, validating changes, and maintaining operational and configuration standards.
• Report anomalies to senior staff for resolution.
• Complete individual projects as assigned and evening responsibilities as scheduled.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls by the Company's Risk Appetite.
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
• Maintain client's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $27.24 - $45.40/ hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temporary (6 months)
