Provide strategic direction and leadership for Claims operations by developing and executing plans to align with department business objectives and improve cost effectiveness and service quality.
- Location: Ramsey, MN, USA Remote
- Work Arrangement: Remote or Hybrid
- The salary range for this role is: $184,000 - $345,000

Your new role:

  • Drive efficiency of claims processing by providing direction for analyzing and assessing current solutions to recommend strategies for improved outcomes and alignment with business growth and development.
  • Guide the achievement of claims best results by ensuring proper coverage analysis, assessment of liability, evaluation of damages and a thoughtful, disciplined approach to optimize department operations and implement best practices.
  • Drive collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders by ensuring information sharing of trends, potential and real claim issues and outcomes to achieve inter-department collaboration and business results.
  • Share subject matter expertise and influence leaders by communicating comprehensive impact of implementing solutions to demonstrate and encourage wide adoption of processes and procedures.
  • Manage Claims audit risk by analyzing department processes and identifying opportunities to avoid failures, respond to and remove critical risks identified through audit, and proactively plan/coordinate audits to ensure achievement of business goals and delivery of financial results.
  • Partner with senior business leaders by collaboratively analyzing gaps, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and developing advanced, long-term solutions to simultaneously benefit business units and the global organization.
  • Plan, allocate and manage financial budget by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses to meet requirements and achieve fiscal responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in claims strategy, planning and execution
  • Significant experience in technical solutions for claims management
  • Significant experience in large scale business transformation and continuous improvement in a service environment
  • Significant experience in experience managing or leading others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced working knowledge of claims processes and best practices, including understanding of industry trends, competition and the marketplace
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, continuous improvement methodologies and application
