Onsite (Overland Park, KS) Director, Product Management - Data Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Leads teams to do their best by providing clear direction, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and applying effective operating routines.
• Actively listens and encourages collaboration to deliver business results across the matrix; resolves conflict with respect and maintains positive relationships; builds rapport with others and is approachable.
• Deliver impact and results by defining successful metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with partner teams to align efforts to business strategies.
• Communicate and collaborate by articulating the "why" and "what" complex client or market/industry problems to solve, working with others, and balancing their point of view with solicited input of others.
• Understands and appropriately apply levers in driving decision making that impacts company financials.
• Inform strategy by monitoring competitors, understanding client needs, regulatory requirements, and technical designs of products to serve them. Informs or shares knowledge with other teams.
• Optimize roadmaps to maximize business outcomes through understanding and maximizing dependencies and overlapping in various solution roadmaps, prioritizing roadmap items based on market opportunities and client relationships.
• This position is an onsite role located in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of solution or product management experience.
• 3 plus years leading a solution consulting or Product Management team.
• At least 3 years of Agile development work experience.
• Must have Product Management experience, Data Relation Solution/Product experience would be a plus.

Preferred:

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, market trends, and technology solutions.
• At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience.
