Acceptance Test Technician - 2nd/3rd Shift Location: McKinney, TX Job ID: #70932 Pay Range: $18-24.25 We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, have a strong focus on safety, and are eager to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Both 2nd and 3rd shift available - Shift: 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10 PM - 6:30 AM) Job Description: This role is focused on testing power supplies for systems such as navigation and radar. The technician will be responsible for manual testing, setting up and operating test equipment, inputting data into our Factory Operating System (FOS), creating non-conformances for test failures, and performing rework. Training requirements will include safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other essential topics. Required Skills: 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in testing, particularly in the navigation and radar system assemblies Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment Basic computer skills (MS Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint), email, and math skills U.S. citizenship required Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong safety focus Desired Skills: Experience with robotic testing equipment, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), or high voltage testing is a plus Knowledge of 6 Sigma/Kaizen/Lean manufacturing Ability to work with diverse teams and meet production goals Continuous improvement mindset Education and Experience: HS Diploma (or equivalent).
