About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Leader to drive our efforts in expanding the reach and success of our portfolio. This role will be an established part of the Enterprise 5G Leadership team. This role will involve identifying strategic opportunities in targeted countries, developing operational plans for market entry, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a consistent commercial model and multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract migrations, liaising with product and service managers, and driving continuous improvement in our sales processes.
What You Will Do
Global Market Expansion Strategy:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for international expansion of Enterprise 5G offerings, leveraging insights from sales leaders and Customer Units (CUs) to identify high-potential markets.
- Establish and refine operational plans that facilitate consistent commercial models and multi-channel go-to-market approaches across diverse global landscapes.
- Build and nurture relationships with Communication Service Providers (CSPs), NH providers, and channel partners to support market entry and expansion efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Product Alignment:

- Foster ongoing collaboration with product management and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) teams to ensure product offerings meet regional needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to define and evolve service and support offerings in partnership with key stakeholders, adapting to new market insights and technological advancements.
- Enable effective communication and alignment with CU stakeholders to facilitate seamless transitions to BEWS and ensure successful program execution.
- Manage collaboration efforts between BEWS, BNEW, BCSS, and Market Areas (MAs) to ensure effective execution of expansion efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement and Program Leadership:

- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across regions, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to navigate industry challenges and regulatory changes.
What You Will Do
Market Optimization and Sales Enablement:

- Implement strategic oversight of sales operations, addressing market disruptions and optimizing sales processes in response to evolving partner agreements and market conditions.
- Analyze pricing strategies and market perceptions to identify opportunities for adjustment and enhance competitive positioning.
Contract Management and Migration Expertise:

- Spearhead efforts to streamline contract migration processes, working collaboratively with commercial, legal, and sales teams to simplify complexities and maximize unit margins (UM).
- Establish best practices for contract management and migration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Continuous Process Improvement:

- Lead initiatives to investigate and resolve pricing concerns, focusing on product scope, packaging, and market expectations to ensure competitive advantage.
- Track and address ongoing operational challenges, driving enhancements in ways of working within BEWS and across Ericsson divisions.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic operations, program management, or similar roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects across multiple regions and departments.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
