Responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in supporting the sales team and engaging with un-managed members to drive preferred supplier sales, increase program adoption, and support dues outreach to maximize retention. Responsibilities include generating analytical data reports from Salesforce and Power BI to create summaries that track sales goals and inform sales team. The role also involves fielding incoming calls and emails from members, sending supplier promotions to key contacts, updating member records in Salesforce, and participating in occasional travel to sales meetings and the Annual Conference.
Communicate with existing members to increase program awareness and adoption, grow preferred supplier sales and encourage event participation.
