This is a W2 hourly contract position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Client has a hybrid work environment. A TEKsystems client in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sr. Systems Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Systems Support Specialist, the candidate will provide world-class tech support to fellow employees in a complex and fast-paced environment. The support specialist works within a team and independently, anticipating and responding to the needs of the client and client's other brands team members with technical requests. They support and install approved software and hardware, diagnose complex emergent hardware and software issues, and provide ongoing support for the equipment employees use in their day-to-day work.
