Job Description

DDN seeks a strategic Partner Enablement Manager to architect and manage programs that empower our diverse partner ecosystem (resellers, tech partners, SIs). This role equips partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively market, sell, implement, and support DDN's advanced solutions, acting as a multiplier for our business growth and partner success.

Responsibilities:

    Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement strategies, including onboarding and role-specific learning paths.
  • Create and manage high-impact enablement content (sales playbooks, presentations, technical documentation, etc.) within the partner portal.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (ILT, vILT, webinars, workshops) on products, updates, and sales/technical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement and other internal teams to align enablement with go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner enablement needs, providing support and advocating for their success.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Manage enablement technologies (Partner Portal, LMS) to ensure seamless partner access to resources.
  • Support GTM and product launch activities by ensuring partners are prepared to position and sell new offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in partner enablement, channel enablement, sales enablement, partner management, or related technical training within the enterprise technology sector.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and measuring enablement programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging training content and delivering effective in-person and virtual training.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for program improvement.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and the aptitude to learn complex technologies.
  • Familiarity with common enablement technologies (CRM, LMS, Sales Enablement Platforms).

Preferred:

  • Direct experience in data storage, HPC, AI/ML, or related enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience building partner enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Experience working with various partner types (VARs, SIs, CSPs, etc.).
  • Proficiency with DDN's specific technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Docebo LMS).
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies.
  • Experience developing and managing partner certification programs.
  • Experience in a global role supporting international partners.

Success Metrics:

  • Increased partner training completion and certifications.
  • High adoption and utilization of enablement content and tools.
  • Positive partner feedback and satisfaction scores.
  • Reduced partner ramp-up time for new products/features.
  • Contribution to increased partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
