Cooley is seeking a Development and Coaching Manager - Business Professionals to join the Human Resources team. Position summary: The Development and Coaching - Business Professionals team for is passionate about helping people learn and grow. The highly effective learning and development programs bring together human-centered and instructional design practices to create high impact learning experiences for business professionals across Cooley. We power development experiences that span a wide range of audiences and topic areas including communication skills, leadership development, onboarding, and other professional skills. Our team works collaboratively with business leaders and HR partners to research, design and develop learning experiences that build critical skills and capabilities across the firm. The Development and Coaching Manager - Business Professionals is responsible for providing coaching and training to business professionals. Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $110,000 - $155,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
