Job Summary
Responsible for providing designated support to key employer groups and/or agencies. Primary responsibility is providing strategic collaboration with groups and/or agencies, applying a deep level of knowledge of the business, effectively representing our Company and ultimately supporting enterprise sales and retention objectives.

Essential Functions

Relationship Performance Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with aligned agencies and/or groups and their business partners as well as other key influencers
* Achieve a differentiated understanding of agencies' organization and business processes, both formal and informal
* Educate agencies and/or groups on Florida Blue's sales processes, products, policies and procedures and support the appropriate execution, including the coordination of non-standard benefits and other contractual arrangements
* Communicate state and federal legislation impacts and assist agencies and/or groups with implementing procedures to support legislative changes
* Act as liaison or key point of contact between agencies and/or groups, internal and external business partners, TPA's, reinsurers, Florida Blue and other Florida Blue plans
* Build strong partnerships with internal and external business partners who support the servicing and selling of our products

Account Service Performance Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison and primary point of contact between agencies and/or group and internal/external business partners
* Manage resolution of escalated/complex issues in collaboration with sales, sales support and internal business partners
* Utilize problem-solving skills and influence with internal key stakeholders to innovate, enhance, and implement processes and systems capabilities, to meet the unique needs of the agencies and/or groups
* Develop and implement tactical plans based on group needs analysis and continually update strategy as situation changes
* Manage and conduct the development, coordination and distribution of enrollment materials, enrollment/education meetings and additional administrative requirements for agencies and/or groups
* Support and coordinate the Florida Blue retention processes including periodic account meetings with group decision makers and other key individuals
* Coordinate and deliver group specific analytical data and reports to identify emerging trends for agencies and/or group
* Facilitate and coordinate multiple tasks with internal business partners to promote and enhance health and wellness programs for groups/members
* Provide support as needed throughout the group implementation/renewal process
* Manage and ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the group's plan and benefits throughout the policy term

* Identify opportunities and demonstrate success in mentor and coach others to achieve results.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate with agencies and/or groups to ensure a collaborative partnership
* Proven ability to act as change-agent and successfully facilitate adoption of change
* Proven ability to efficiently manage time, territory, costs and administrative requirements by effectively planning and carrying out plans to ensure that support activities are achieved at reasonable cost
* Comply with state and regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures
Perorm unplanned assignments as the leader may deem necessary

What is Required?

* 3+ years related work experience to include service, marketing or sales position, preferable in the health care or employee benefits arena
* Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
* 2-15 Resident Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent License Upon Hire
* Valid Driver's License Upon Hire
* Proven ability to identify and address complex business issues
* Proven excellent problem solving skills
* Proven superior presentation, written, and communication skills
* Proven excellent customer relation skills
* May require day travel time including overnight stays, occassionally
* Incumbent may need to reside in the area where the position is housed
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to facilitate multi-functional work groups; demonstrated team/collaborative

What We Would Prefer You Have:
Knowledge of Florida Blue policies and procedures to effectively manage and coordinate assigned agency sales and service personnel

Multi-lingual Experience with SharePoint

General Physical Demands

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $63,800 - $79,700

Annualized Salary Range: $63,800 - $103,600

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
