Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Cognizant is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect. This is a remote role, and the candidate can work from any location in the United States. The salary range for this role is between $114,000 and $152,000 depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate. All candidates must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement end-to-end architecture for D365 solutions.

* Lead technical development efforts, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

* Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security of D365 applications.

* Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure services, .Net and third-party integrations.

* Drive technical governance.

* Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to coding and deployment standards.

Qualifications:

* Extensive experience configuring & customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or Field Service) architecture and development.

* Over 5 years of experience with customization and configuration of D365 customer service or field service modules.

* Experience in PCF technology and its implementations

* Experience in Plugins, Workflows, Custom Pages and Model driven design and development

* Proficiency in Dataverse, API integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

* Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model and lead the team to complete sprint goals

* Over 5 years of experience with mapping business requirements to product features.

* Experience with Workflows, Triggers, Power Automate and JavaScript.

* 5 years of experience with Azure services, .Net framework, Azure functions.

* 5 years of experience with integrating D365 with external sources or third-party apps
