TRC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist to support program operations for the delivery of a large commercial energy efficiency program in Oregon and SW Washington. Through the program, we deliver cash incentives to customers in commercial facilities and multifamily buildings to help make electric and natural gas energy efficiency upgrades possible.

In this key role on the Operations team, you'll make a real impact by supporting customers that are implementing energy-efficient equipment projects. You'll connect customers with the right resources to learn about program offerings and incentives, collaborate with internal teams to determine eligibility and play a key part in processing incentive rebates. Depending on experience, you may also support new incentive offerings as well as perform quality control reviews on weekly project payments.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Understand and communicate technical details and requirements on incentives and program offerings, providing customers with eligibility terminations when needed.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and a positive attitude while addressing detailed requests from customers, contractors, and team members.
* Coordinate and track the details of multiple on-going projects in various stages.
* Prioritize and support customer and internal team requests and projects based on project timelines and shifting workflow needs.
* Answer customer and contractor calls via call center software.
* Enter and maintain accurate data via CRM systems, including Customer contact information, project details and notes, remaining project tasks, etc.
* Perform project processing using client's proprietary software system.
* Prepare project documentation to meet strict weekly project incentive payment deadlines.
* Conduct quality control reviews/revisions on assigned team members' projects.


Qualifications

Requirements:
* 3+ years working in administrative support and customer service, or related experience in the energy efficiency field.
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
* Experience using a CRM or similar system to track customer and/or project details.
* Ability to understand, interpret, and apply technical information.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to meet short turnaround times while adhering to strict quality control standards.

Preferred:
* Experience processing energy efficiency incentive rebates.
* Advanced education such as Associates, Bachelor's, or higher degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Basic knowledge of real estate building types including residential, multifamily and/or commercial buildings.
* Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and weatherization products.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
