The SEDOD will contribute by employing and modeling key processes and programs that support an office-wide focus on collaboration, efficiencies and metrics-based performance outcomes, in addition to primary role responsibilities. Specifically, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, assessing and evolving strategies to grow corporate industry programs for City of Hope, including existing local campaigns, programs and projects as well as targeted outreach to individual corporate partners. The SEDOD-leads and manages a team focused on executing strategy as well as collaborating with the OOP Individual Giving teams (Major, Principal and Planned) in developing and cultivating a pipeline of individual donors. The SEDOD acts as a part of an integrated fundraising team and will also serve as a leader on special projects related to strategic priorities of the institution. As a key leader managing 1/3 of the corporate philanthropy industries, the SEDOD will work collaboratively across the department, as well as the OOP, to develop programmatic strategies to grow and steward our overall national portfolio of donor and corporate partners and volunteer activities.
