Technical Product Support Analyst

Location:
Fort Mill, SC

Responsibilities:

* User-centric software solutions to support our 10,000+ home office users.
* Provide product support and performance metrics.
* Act as a product advocate while aligning with enterprise architecture and product standards.
* Support and refine product roadmaps using metrics to measure and target improvements.
* Communicate product strategy, outcomes, and risks to stakeholders and executives.
* Assist with sprint planning, ensuring work is captured in Jira or ServiceNow.
* Define business requirements clearly through epics and user stories.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors on roadmaps, contracts, and deliverables.
* Maintain and prioritize product epics and feature backlogs.
* Translate features into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate with business partners to ensure complete requirement capture.

Qualifications:

* Experience supporting technology users and products (1+ years required).
* Product Owner or Analyst experience with technology products (1+ years).
* Agile/Scrum methodology experience (1+ years preferred but not required).
* Passion for user experience and continuous product improvement.
* Experience in creating self-help documentation and support tools.

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $33.00
