Sr. Product Specialist (Tecnomatix & Manufacturing Simulation)

Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Specialist(T) you will leverage your expertise in Tecnomatix and Manufacturing Simulation to drive product innovation and efficiency. With 8 to 10 years of experience you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product lifecycle management processes. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Tecnomatix solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Oversee the development and execution of manufacturing simulations to improve product design and production efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams on Tecnomatix and simulation tools
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate simulation results into product lifecycle management
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for Tecnomatix and simulation processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing simulation
• Conduct training sessions for team members on Tecnomatix and simulation methodologies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align simulation activities with business objectives
• Support the continuous improvement of product lifecycle management processes through simulation insights
• Drive innovation in manufacturing simulation techniques to enhance product quality and reduce costs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background in Tecnomatix and manufacturing simulation
• Have experience in product lifecycle management which is considered a plus
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation

Certifications Required

Certification in Tecnomatix or Manufacturing Simulation is mandatory. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
