Manager-Clinical Trials Unit

Job Summary: The Manager-Clinical Trials Unit works with the Director of Cancer Research to provide leadership and oversight to the operations of the LLUCC Clinical Trials Unit (CCCTU) office. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, LLUH and other regulatory agencies. Provides compliance with the financial management for clinical trials to include budgeting, contract negotiation, billing and accounting. Maintains in-depth knowledge of research practices and serves as a resource to the staff (regulatory, finance, coordinators). Participate in the strategic decisions of CCCTU growth and maintains interdepartmental relationships. Supports the mission, vision and values of the organization. Reports to the Director, Cancer Research of Loma Linda University Cancer Center. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Science required. Three years of clinical research experience required with experience in oncology preferred. One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Licensures and Certifications: Professional Certified Clinical Research Associate Certification required.
