Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing projects within the Medical Devices domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile Methodologies Confluence Jira and CX-Scrum Master. This role requires excellent English language skills and involves a hybrid work model with no travel required. The candidate will lead projects to successful completion ensuring alignment with company goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee the execution of projects within the Medical Devices domain ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage project risks and issues implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
• Utilize Agile Methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence and Jira ensuring transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to CX-Scrum Master principles to optimize team performance.
• Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Medical Devices domain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering projects that positively impact society and improve healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application in project management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Confluence and Jira for project documentation and tracking.
• Have experience as a CX-Scrum Master facilitating effective Scrum practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Show a proven track record of managing projects within the Medical Devices domain.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in project management.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,600 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
