Job Title: Operator Location: Visalia CA 93291 Duration: 12 Months Shift Timings: Standard 8am to 5 PM Salary: $19.50/hr. on W2 without benefits Job Description: Sets up and assists in the operation of the special purpose machinery in the pour and debridge areas by performing the following duties. Adhere to all Kawneer rules and regulations. Able to read work order and follow oral and written instructions. Sets-up and prepares material for pour and debridge process. Performs quality inspections throughout the entire pour and debridge process. Assist with other duties as assigned. Required Skills: One to six months related work experience is preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as, operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors. Physical Demands: Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds or 1/3 of your body weight. Able to work 12 hour days. Able to wear required PPE. Able to bend and twist repetitively. Education: High School Diploma or GED.
