You are responsible for in-branch member experience, team member development, branch operations, and achievement of team performance. You will also provide outstanding member service and dynamic leadership, while creating a productive and engaging work environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Bring Broadview FCU's mission to life, ensuring member experience is top-notch. Model and coach branch team on deepening member relationships, member advocacy, and business development (player coach) Build relationships with commercial clients, partnering with Commercial Lending and Business Development Collaborate with other departments and CUSOs on delivery of exceptional concierge member service, including Work Force Optimization for successful scheduling. Advance employee development and succession planning through regular performance appraisals, documented coaching, feedback, and by creating individual development plans. Ensure ongoing training and development of staff through direct observations, meetings, reviewing dashboards, development plan progress, goals, and overall performance to yield strong individual and team results. Maintain knowledge of all current Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures, and NCUA regulations Achieve branch operational objectives and take accountability for the team's compliance with all Credit Union policies, procedures, and audits. Monitor internal and external building and grounds maintenance to ensure positive and safe member and staff experience. Assist in the recovery and restoration of tasks assigned in a disaster recovery situation, as well as regular disaster recovery testing.
Establish, model, and lead a positive presence within the community by delivering the Broadview FCU brand with every member interaction, including any community/volunteer events, committees, and council representation. Provide exceptional support to branch team; 40 hour in branch work week after lunch is deducted; taking part in a combination of opening (at least 3/week) and closing shifts Participate in the Saturday scheduling rotation (open to close), in branch; once per month minimum; member facing. Collaborate with retail leadership to ensure new technologies, procedures and processes are implemented effectively. Collaborate with leadership on branch analytics, staffing levels and branch goals, ensuring the Broadview FCU brand is experienced consistently throughout the branch network. Make proactive recommendations for change, utilizing the Branch Playbook and supporting with analytical trends. Effectively supervise, coach, and mentor other Branch Managers Serve as backup to the Director, Employee Performance, as needed. Participate in or lead special projects, as assigned.

Have an Associate degree in Business or related field preferred, plus three years of Branch Management experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Have a minimum of five years' service experience with proven results in meeting goals Are an enthusiastic leader with proven record of success in a leadership role Experience running a high-volume branch, or previous multi-site management experience in banking or other related retail management experience. Have experience in building commercial relationships. Demonstrated external community involvement and engagement. Have a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding organizational goals. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Have effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and auditory communication skills Have the ability to adapt to change and think strategically. Are flexible to work out of any location at any time, based on business needs Can lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Compensation:$77,000 - $96,000, plus a competitive benefits package Bilingual individuals who are fluent in a second language in addition to English are highly encouraged to apply.
