Starting Pay: $22.95/hour (plus $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift) 2nd Shift Monday -Thursday 5pm to 330am. Possible overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Job SummaryThe Set-Up Tech must be strongly mechanically inclined and have some mechanical experience. Must be able to operate Salt Room production machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform changeovers as directed. The Set-Up tech must be able to perform preventative maintenance, monitor machines for safety, efficiency, and quality. They must improve line uptime and collaborate with the team for equipment improvements. They will also lead or assist with special projects and trials. The Set-Up Tech must be able to handle stress well and maintain a calm demeanor while troubleshooting unpredictable problems and making adjustments to production machinery. Education and Experience Profile
Repetitive movements required. Must be able to lift 65 pounds with or without assistance. Must be able to work in confined spaces and at elevated levels. Must be available to work across multiple shifts. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must wear all prescribed PPE including, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety glasses, respirator and steel toed shoes.
