POSITION SUMMARYThe Client Project and Data Implementation Lead will play a dual role in leading/contributing to paid client project engagements and in leading data driven initiatives to advance Breakthrough's processes. The role will work heavily with the Data Intelligence and engineering team to seek to improve our efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery for professional services in client RFPs, network optimization, and emissions reduction. The role will have client-facing engagements, requiring the ability to communicate complex models in simplified ways and enable decision-making by senior leaders. By leveraging enterprise engineering capabilities, process design, and an understanding of artificial intelligence, the role will allow integrating analytical models for scale without sacrificing client experience. In addition, the role will contribute to process design and automation across the Client Delivery team through identified process enhancements focused on scaling and preparing for growth.

This position will ideally be based in Green Bay, WI, however, may consider hybrid and/or remote work options based on relevancy of candidate experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute project plans or initiative plans for client project engagements. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and oversee their execution to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
  • Develop and refine innovative concepts, process design, and automation ideas into actionable proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals, project goals, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions to create intelligent systems that can analyze data, make predictions, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Provide input todesign and optimization of enterprise-level systems and processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor and report on project progress. Regularly track and report on the progress of client facing projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure that goals are met.
  • Manage risks and challenges.Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may arise during the course of projects and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects stay on track.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and strategic rationale behind proposed ideas across various audiences from senior leaders to transportation managers.
  • Collaborate on opportunities with the Data Analytics team to integrate data practices to become repeatable and scalable for RFPs, network optimization, and emission reduction tool sets.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, data analytics, product or project management
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in process automation, AI, enterprise engineering, process design, and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive project decisions.
  • Ability to navigate high ambiguity, seek supporting information, and be comfortable with high degree of complexity.
  • Leadership & Influence in Cross Functional Teams
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Transportation experience
  • Preference will be given to broad supply chain experiences
