Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and doing in depth review of key quality metrics foundational to AccentCare's ability to deliver high quality, safe care to our patients and achieve progress on the Hospice Quality Reporting Program*. Ensures compliance with state, federal and accreditation standards. This position is a member of the quality management team and responsible for providing expertise in quality improvement, performance improvement, and change management. They promote commitment to the corporate and subsidiary standards, policies, and procedures while teaching, coaching, and providing consultation on measure development and methodology, goal setting, data analysis (including root cause and risk assessment), problem solving, corrective action, and evaluation of the effectiveness of action taken The position guides leaders through project work, facilitation, consultation, coaching, skill building/training and reporting in a complex community based healthcare environment. They work closely with team members in the Quality, Clinical Operations, and Compliance departments as collaborators, supporting root cause analysis facilitation of safety events, and coaching teams on implementing change.
