How you will make history here... As a member of the Campbell Snacks Category Management Team, the North Regionals Category Management Lead will be responsible for accelerating strategic and tactical thought leadership while driving category and Campbell Snacks retailer growth. This person will be responsible for executing against North Regionals Category Management team objectives, partner on category/line reviews, new item performance tracking, and be the trusted advisor for retailers. The Category Management Lead will partner with key retailer decision makers aligning on priorities, insight needs and whitespace identification to drive Campbell Snacks strategic retailer partnerships forward. This person will use point-of-sale, loyalty and shopper data to create clear actionable category recommendations. This role will focus across all Campbell Snacks products and categories. What you will do... * Proactively develop collaborative relationships with our retail partners to be viewed as a trusted resource for category insights and objective growth opportunities * Drive strategic category direction. This role will require professionalism, executive presence, ability to balance customer/Campbell's daily. Who you will work with... Buyers, insights teams, and senior leaders and cross functional departments including the retailer, internal customer team(s), and World HQ resources. What you will bring to the table... * Bachelor's Degree required It would be great if you have... * Some experience with Loyalty card utilization, Category & Shopper Knowledge This position is remote. Candidate must reside in the Northeast. Areas in between MA and NJ preferred. Approximately 10% travel is required to the customer & team meetings Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $87,900-$126,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
