UroGPO creates clinical, operational & economic value for independent Community based Urology practices. The value that UroGPO provides is to help independent Urology providers improve patient outcomes by getting each patient to the right care at the right time. Specialty Networks works with over 11,500 providers across 3500+ independent specialty physician practices and now over 850 members.

Furthermore, this business unit leverages the strength of PPS Analytics, Specialty Networks Business Solutions, Industry Services and Specialty Networks Research to create value to its private practice urology community members and solutions to our industry partners.

Through new and existing membership development, this role will deliver individualized and tailored strategy to position Specialty Networks in creating value to the members in their clinical, operational, and economical goals. This individual will be tasked with delivering all tools and resources practices need to remain successful in Independent Community Urology. This includes opening In-Office Dispensing, PPS Analytics, Center of Excellence, Research, SONAR, PSMA Pet/CT, RLT s and Chronic Care Management.This individual will lead these initiatives within their member network territory to collaborate and drive Specialty Networks solutions across existing members to provide lasting partnerships.

Location and Travel - This individual will be covering our West region (Urology membership) territory. As a result, we are ideally targeting an individual based in a CST, MST, or PST time zone. This person must be able to travel (up to or more than) 55% to member practices across this specific network to engage in meetings, programs, presentations, conferences etc.

Responsibilities

• Understands members involvement in Specialty Networks, to implement a progression strategy that will align appropriate Specialty Networks solutions for clinical, operational, economic, and Research value to improve and advance outcomes.
• Collaborates with all internal teams including, Dispensing, Operations, Contracts, PPS, and Research to continually create value for members for all their expanding needs to continually drive outcomes
• Conducts quarterly business reviews with clinical, operational, and economical outcomes to drive members value in appropriate solution offerings- virtual or live, preference on being live conducted with corresponding meeting within a geographical area
• Maintains long-term relationships within your geographical network to uncover opportunities and present solutions to improve clinical, operational, and economical outcomes.
• Leads Center of Excellence initiatives to thoroughly comprehend the outcomes being delivered, to provide solutions and guidance on increasing outcomes of current and future KPIs and by aligning the appropriate solution to each member
• Increases overall, Dispensaries, PPS/CAS Subscriptions and GU Champs Programs, EdGUcation series, with allotted Clinical Program content
• Develops new members to be a part of our growing network and align Specialty Networks solutions to their needs with creating clinical, operational, and economical value
• Cultivates satisfaction and tangible member experience with constant cadence of appropriate Specialty Networks solutions to drive clinical, operation and economical outcomes
• Tracks, and record objectives, activities, communications, projects, 360 Member Profiles and overall success of membership network with utilization and optimization of Salesforce keeping up to date outcomes and progress
• Integrates Academic Institutes Fellowship Programs with SNs commitment in the development of clinical and economic outcomes for Urology practices across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in Urology (2+ years), ideally managing C-level relationships in in that space, required
• Ideally targeting individuals with 8+ years of demonstrated experience client-facing in Account Management or Consultative Sales (specifically selling/managing a suite of products or services versus only one product), preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Excel; highly preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs, preferred
• Targeting individuals with sound business acumen - and, the ability to investigate and analyze information and make conclusions to provide recommendations, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $169,800.00 - $262,100.00 (includes targeted variable pay)
