Position Overview
As Green Bay Packaging continues to grow, we are now looking for a Sales Representative for our Chicago, IL area. The successful candidate must be a dedicated, eager, driven sales professional with Industrial Sales experience to join our team. The selected candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating new leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The sales representative will build on our existing relationships and develop new business with large and small customers. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The ideal candidate must be both personable and professional. The selected candidate will be based in Chicago, IL because of its central location relative to most of our customers. Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package (day 1) including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension. Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
Salary range for our sales representative is $100,000, plus $20,000-$40,000 in commissions and a company car.
