Primary Purpose of Position |
Reporting primarily to the Director of Charlotte
CORE and secondary to the Director of First Year and Transitional Program (
FYTP), the primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the administrative tasks relating to these programs and processes within the Office of Undergraduate Education. Position is responsible for supporting two Directors and three Assistant Directors in a variety of business functions including budgeting, human resource processing for student employees, new hire authorization processing, salary/timesheet tracking, purchasing, payments, 49erMart orders, travel arrangements, events and other administrative support . This position is required to make independent decisions on office procedures, handle departmental situations and create ad hoc reports and flow processes. This position will also process faculty EPAFs for summer workshops. |
Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through three years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
