Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer providing support to the NC3 Contract, specifically within the NCL Division of the AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. The NCL Division sustains and supports globally deployed nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) capabilities. It oversees legacy and current systems including fixed, mobile, and airborne Military SATCOM terminals, aircrew alerting systems, strategic messaging platforms, and NATO SATCOM systems. This role will contribute to the development of documentation that supports system operation, training, testing, and acquisition. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. Duties include, but not limited to:
Prepare original technical papers, manuals, policies, specifications, and reports in scientific, technical, or professional fields. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Education: BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree Years of Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in realted field Technical Skills
