Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to support the daily operations and ongoing evolution of our marketing technology stack. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their MarTech career who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll assist with campaign setup, platform maintenance, data hygiene, and reporting across a variety of tools. You'll work closely with the Marketing Technology Manager and cross-functional teams to help execute technical aspects of marketing initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platforms are performing effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management and optimization of marketing tools and platforms CRM, automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics tools, adtech and web personalization software.
  • Assist in setting up campaigns, user flows, forms, landing pages and tracking mechanisms based on established templates and processes.
  • Help maintain clean and consistent data across platforms by following naming conventions, tagging strategies and data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing leads to test and launch new integrations, features, or platform enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate more complex challenges to the appropriate internal or external resources.
  • Compile and update documentation, how-to guides, and process checklists to support tool usage across the marketing team.
  • Assist with pulling reports and dashboards to support marketing performance analysis.
  • Help manage vendor communication for tool support tickets and platform troubleshooting.
  • Support the procurement process by gathering usage data or quotes for tools under review or renewal.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing technology, marketing operations or digital marketing role.
  • Familiarity with common martech platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CMS tools and ability to build campaigns / automations in two or more of the above listed tools
  • Experience building out personalized marketing experiences (dynamic emails, personalized journeys, personalized web content)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and follow established processes for consistent execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strongly desired: Experience with SQL, Experience deploying and maintaining ad trackers and analytics events
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $98,500 to $123,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
