Job Description Lindt & Sprungli is searching for a Solution Architect (SAP MM) who would be responsible for the overall delivery of the SAP services across the business domains of materials management, logistics & warehouse management for the Lindt companies in North America. He/she is responsible for defining, planning, and executing the delivery management functions including System Enhancements & Projects, Process & Change Management, and Service, Incident & Problem Management in MM domain. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions, and strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves working across cross-functional teams to deliver services, meet service levels and mature IT operations. Solution Architect (SAP MM) has the following responsibilities: Essential Functions
- Lead the delivery of SAP MM module for.
- Projects & system enhancements
- End user support services.
- System upgrades, migrations & implementation of new functions & features
- Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed for MM area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users and other stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Be the primary contact for end users and other stake holders on delivery in MM domain.
- Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with the internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in MM area.
- Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices.
- Lead the requirements' definition and convert requirements into program specifications and necessary system documentation.
- Configuration and implementation of the following SAP modules based on business requirements: materials management, procurement (and connections to accounts payable), and inventory including radio frequency, Co-manufacturing.
- Execute and lead testing process (unit and integration test).
- Application support, facilitate changes, respond to tickets, and train end users.
- Aid in the management of third-party vendors.
- Provide support to management regarding strategy and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in the S/4 modules listed below (or ECC equivalent):
- S/4 HANA MM or ECC Equivalent
- S/4 HANA MM/Procurement or ECC Equivalent
- S/4 HANA Inventory Management or ECC Equivalent
- Proven track record in configuring and customizing S/4 HANA Inventory, Material & Inventory management functions.
- RF scan gun framework and RF configuration
- Familiarity of the underlying technical underpinnings of SAP.
- Knowledge and understanding of the following end to end business processes: Procurement, supply chain and logistics, stock transport orders, goods movement, goods issues, cycle counting, outbound and inbound delivery document management, pick/pack and ship, RF processing and barcoding, and batch management.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including the modules MM, IM is required.
- Understanding of the interaction of MM and IM processes with other business processes and SAP modules (mainly FICO, SD, EWM and PP)
- Significant experience in leveraging full capabilities of SAP core functionalities to keep customizations to minimum.
- Experience in complex SAP environments.
- Experience with Integration in areas like 3PL, TMS, Vendor Management portal etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence business users, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to Lindt business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiar with the core processes of a CPG/food and beverage industry
- Experience with Co-manufacturing and third party logistic is desired
- Flexibility to travel as needed to various company locations.
