A Business Manager, GTM manages customers at the global or corporate level. They will manage and support customers (brand owners) who have a global presence and strategic importance to Husky's business and future growth. Job Purpose: The Business Manager, GTM will ultimately be accountable for increasing sales volume / "share of wallet" with the targeted Brand Owner(s) and their supply chains, by creating/influencing "pull" for Husky products and services through early involvement in the product development and launch process. By focusing on targeted Brand Owners, the incumbent will develop an in-depth understanding of the Brand Owners' behaviors, drivers, business practices and priorities, as well as their package development process/roadmap. In the meantime, the Business Manager, GTM should also work with the sales team on whether any new names (new brand owners) should be considered into the key account management plan The Business Manager, GTM needs to ensure that other Husky Sales Members calling on regional offices are well informed of the account strategy which includes business development, pricing and terms, and that the team is fully aligned. This role is also responsible to ensure the Husky corporate image (brand) is well known and respected over competitors. The Key Account Manager must possess a very in-depth understanding of their global market and to establish and maintain very strong high level relationships with their accounts. The Business Manager is responsible to increase Husky's share of wallet year over year. Responsibilities & Success Metrics: Key responsibilities/accountabilities, areas of focus, and metrics.
