We are looking for a Web-Based Design Analyst. The Instructional Designer will be a key team member supporting both Technical Training and Commercial Training organizations at CNH Industrial. This role primarily focuses on developing web-based course content for dealer personnel across all departments, including service technicians, sales staff, parts personnel, and warranty administrators. The position also includes creating Just in Time (JIT) training videos as needed. The ideal candidate will develop engaging learning materials that support the company's comprehensive training offerings, which annually train over 10,000 dealer students and provide over 30,000 student days of training. The ideal candidate would be located in Racine, WI, Ames, IA or New Holland, PA Responsibilities Web-Based Content Development (Primary Focus)
Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create engaging, user-friendly online training courses for all dealer personnel roles (technicians, sales, parts, warranty)

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $75,600 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
