Full-Time | Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

GPM is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead our corporate procurement and materials management strategy across our growing organization.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Procurement, you'll lead our sourcing and purchasing strategy, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability across the organization. Your work will directly impact how GPM grows and operates.

In this role, you will:

    Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan aligned with company goals

  • Oversee contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and supplier performance

  • Lead, coach, and support a high-performing procurement team

  • Standardize and improve procurement policies, systems, and compliance procedures

  • Monitor key metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present insights to leadership

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives across departments



Qualifications

We're seeking a collaborative, data-driven leader with a strong background in procurement and change management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development and performance management

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Demonstrated success in implementing procurement policies and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

Procurement leadership experience within a retail or multi-site business environment
