Main Duties: Guide, coach, mentor road technicians on service work.

Provide resolution to technicians who need additional technical support.

Work with customers, technicians and other staff to seek resolution.

Travel to customer locations.

Requirements: Must be customer service focused

Mechanical and technical knowledge of lift trucks and other material handling equipment

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated mechanical expertise

Attention to detail a must

Ability to think 'Outside the Box' and problem solve

Proficient using a computer
