Job Summary
Under the direction of the US Inventory Supervisor, the Cycle Count Clerk is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of inventory accuracy.

Essential Functions:



  • Maintain inventory via cycle counting on a daily basis.
  • Review and analyze results with Inventory Analyst.
  • Data enter cycle counts and variances into computer system.
  • Use and interpret bin locator and date code systems.


Other Functions



  • Maintain inter-company communications.
  • Obtain operations and product knowledge.
  • Familiar with the use of ERP system.
  • Assist in bi-annual physical inventory.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Success in this role will require



  • Attend and successfully complete and maintain forklift certification.
  • Maintain a high cycle count accuracy rate.


What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Good math skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills.
  • 1-2 years experience Inventory Maintenance preferred.
  • Appropriate use of PPE.
  • Ability to safely use forklift.
  • Able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.
  • Prior knowledge of HT GH facility, its operations, and processes required.
