As our Vice President of Global Cybersecurity Operations, you won't just be maintaining security - you'll be shaping it. You'll be the driving force behind our global strategy to protect critical company and client information assets, blending cutting-edge engineering with proactive security practices. • Orchestrating Cyber Defense: You'll direct our Cyber Defense Center (CDC), ensuring rapid and effective response to hostile cyber events, minimizing impact and maximizing containment.

• Building a Cyber Fusion Powerhouse: You'll lead our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC), fostering seamless intelligence sharing across all organizational teams to create a truly resilient and secure ecosystem.

• Actionable Threat Intelligence: You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex threat intelligence into proactive security measures at every operational level.

• Visionary Leadership & Innovation: You'll define and implement a forward-thinking, integrated cybersecurity operations strategy aligned with global best practices, constantly seeking innovative solutions.

• Intelligent Security Integration: You'll champion the comprehensive integration of security information into our SIEM platform, ensuring holistic enterprise-wide visibility.

• Empowering Leaders with Intelligence: You'll drive the creation of impactful intelligence products that equip leaders and operational teams (like the CDC) to effectively leverage threat insights.

• Mastering Incident Response: You'll spearhead cyber incident response activities, including advanced forensic investigations and eDiscovery, safeguarding our information assets when threatened.

• Threat Landscape Mastery: You'll aggregate and prioritize intelligence from diverse sources, providing a clear and concise understanding of the evolving threat landscape to key stakeholders.

• Fortifying Data Defenses: You'll champion and advise on data loss prevention (DLP) strategies to protect sensitive information.

• Sharpening Our Edge: You'll oversee targeted red team exercises, ensuring valuable feedback and strengthening the protection of our critical internal assets.

• Strategic External Engagement: You'll collaborate with external cybersecurity advisors and vendors for independent assessments, bringing in diverse perspectives.

• Communicating with Impact: You'll develop and articulate clear security strategies and plans to technical teams, executive partners, and stakeholders.

• Navigating Compliance Landscapes: You'll partner with Privacy and Compliance officers to ensure seamless adherence to security and privacy regulations.

• Building Strategic Alliances: You'll cultivate and maintain strong security relationships with internal and external entities, including key vendors and partners.

• Data-Driven Security: You'll implement and leverage operational security metrics to rigorously measure and enhance our security posture effectiveness.

• Automating for Speed & Precision: You'll optimize SOAR capabilities to dramatically reduce response times and improve threat detection accuracy.

• Securing the AI Frontier: You'll ensure our security operations are both leveraging and proactively defending against the evolving landscape of AI technologies.

• Continuous Evolution: You'll champion a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lessons learned across all Global Cyber Operations teams.

• 15+ years of deep and relevant cybersecurity experience.

• 8-10+ years of proven experience directly leading and developing cybersecurity teams.

• 10+ years of experience navigating the complexities of regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Defense).

• A strong foundation in large-scale security implementations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated project management expertise, including effective resource allocation.

• A comprehensive understanding of operating requirements for regulated data (e.g., PHI, PII, SOX, FISMA).

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Required); Master's/Post Graduate Degree (Preferred).

• A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and driving impactful change.

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and build strong working relationships at all levels.

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and drive initiatives forward.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
