KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Affairs to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with business objectives, enhance the firm's reputation, and increase engagement with partners and employees; manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes
  • Provide internal and external communications support to executives on KPMG's Management Committee, especially leaders in Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management
  • Develop social media programs, talking points, thought leadership, and other materials to support internal and external executive visibility; serve as a trusted advisor to firm leaders
  • Identify opportunities to build visibility and enhance reputation by scanning the firm's and external environment
  • Commit to learning and leveraging technology tools and adopt an AI-first mentality
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, mentor less experienced colleagues, and foster a collaborative work environment; develop and maintain productive relationships and coordinate communications across Corporate Affairs teams to ensure message consistency and effective message cascades
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in communications; agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leaders; exceptional presence as a trusted advisor
  • Exceptional AP Style writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for a variety of audiences and channels
  • Avid user of generative AI with a desire to learn and adopt AI and technology tools to improve communications and ways of working
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful multi-faceted communications strategies; strong project and program management skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
