Job Description Perform various duties to troubleshoot and repair production machines. Conducts machine setup, order changes and preventative maintenance Serve as first line supervisor for production operators ensuring work is completed in a safe and quality conscience manner. Submit accurate production reports daily and timely. Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures, i.e.: proper PPE usage, machine guarding, etc. Ensure adherence to all quality practices and standards. Follow and enforce all GMP's and SQF requirements. Support and recommend improvement strategies to improve safety, production output, and quality. Monitor bags being run, making sure hourly samples are taken in order to inspect quality and catch any defects and unnecessary waste. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, including food safety.
