Weinberg Intensive Care Unit (WICU) Weinberg 3A is a 20 bed Adult Surgical/Oncology intensive care unit. This unit is grounded in teamwork as well as Patient and Family Centered Care. The WICU has won the AACN Beacon Award and is also recognized by the SCCM for the Family Centered Care Innovation Award. The Advanced Practice Provider, APP (Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant) practices within the guidelines of the unit department, and institution and in accordance with the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Written Agreement required and approved by the State of Maryland. Shifts: 3 per week 13.5 hour day / evening / night rotating shifts; some weekend work required Qualifications:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
